For a large and long term emergency power project in Belgium we are supplying several models of exhaust silencers. The emergency power gensets are installed to prevent and handle large transformer station blackouts. The exhaust silencers in the range of DN125 up to DN175 are manufactured in both carbon steel and in stainless steel 304. The silencers are vertically installed on their baseplate and designed with a radial top inlet and axial same side top outlet. The high noise requirements forced us to design special internals. All stainless steel models are finalised with a glass pearl blasting treatment, cleaning all welds and giving the silencers a beautiful matted look. Long lasting low TIO noise levels and quality!
