Our weld robot is operational for about 1.5 year now and the portfolio of products that we weld with the robot is rapidly growing. Check this manifold type silencer with 3 large radial connections with flanges whereon all outside welds are executed by the robot. The unit is just within the machine limits of around Ø1000x 3000mm covering a very large part of our product range. It might be an open door: we offer shorter leadtimes, reduced costs and a very consistent workflow and weld quality. In good cooperation with Valkwelding our engineers are yet already very skilled in the off line 3D programming!
